About BMAAC
BMAAC stands for Business Management Associates and Consultants. We help restaurants and small businesses across Northern California choose, install and get value from the systems that run their day: payment processing, point-of-sale, online ordering and the printed and digital materials that go with them.
As an authorized Shift Dine representative, BMAAC works with SkyTab and HT POS platforms, and can usually structure equipment and processing so the cost to the business stays low or nothing at all, depending on the program you qualify for. Every quote and program is confirmed with you before anything is signed.

Meet Richard Dorsey
Richard S. Dorsey is President of BMAAC, Inc. — a restaurant technology and payments consultant with more than 45 years of sales, operations and business ownership experience. His practice covers POS systems, payment processing and creative and menu design, with a record of building sales organizations, launching new product programs and turning what a merchant actually needs into a workable setup.

- Built BMAAC into a full-service restaurant consulting practice around HT POS and LBMS platforms.
- Represents Shift Dine payment processing; converted the proprietorship to an S-corporation.
- Added graphics and menu design services using the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Launched the Lighthouse social engagement program with DoorDash and Uber Eats integrations.
- Implemented QR-code line management and card-based ordering programs for merchant clients.

- Represented multiple payment processing companies; one of the first sales reps for United Bank Card in 1999.
- Pioneered free terminal and equipment programs, expanding into full POS hardware and software by 2010.
- Traveled nationally to field-train incoming sales reps and support merchant accounts.

- Managed 87 sales representatives nationwide, supporting closes with product expertise and on-site merchant visits.
- Helped build the office into the second-largest Cardservice International affiliate in the country.
